Pencil inscription: ‘G. B. Allinson / Phila. Jan. 7/59.’ George B. Allinson, a Philadelphia civil engineer, is the leading candidate; the identification remains provisional.

Preservation Note

‘Boxed by L. Cameron 7/82’ records protective housing made in July 1982. Cameron’s identity is unestablished.
